Buying a house

Selling a house
During a personal visit with the real estate agent, we start by explaining our service and options. During that same visit we value your house for free and provide you afterwards with a quotation. We collect information regarding your preferences with regard to selling the property and provide you with a selling strategy.
When you decide to actually sell your house, we love to help you by taking care completely over all the handlings. Furthermore we provide: professional photography, NEN measure report, making of the floor plans, thorough documentation review, organisation of viewings, advice, execution and guidance with the notary acts. We naturally make sure this all will lead to best selling price possible of your house or appartment!
